Suvi: Background Music Terms of Service

Suvi: Background Music helps merchants add and manage background music for their storefronts, including music configuration, playback controls, and optional AI-generated music workflows.

You may use the app only for a Shopify store that you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your store, user accounts, and administrative access.

• You must use the app in compliance with Shopify rules and applicable law.
• You must not use the app to upload, generate, or distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
• You must not attempt to interfere with the security, stability, or availability of the app.
• You remain responsible for confirming that any music or prompts you use are appropriate for your business and lawful in your jurisdiction.

The app depends on Shopify platform services, APIs, authentication, extensions, and file storage. If Shopify changes, suspends, or limits platform functionality, some app features may also be affected.

Some features may rely on third-party AI or infrastructure providers. Generated outputs may vary, may not always be available, and should be reviewed by you before publishing to a live storefront.

You are responsible for reviewing generated content, confirming business suitability, and ensuring that your use complies with applicable intellectual property, advertising, and consumer protection rules.

If the app offers paid plans now or in the future, pricing, billing intervals, trial terms, and charges will be disclosed through Shopify's billing surfaces or the app listing before you are charged.

Your use of the app is also subject to the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what information is processed, how it is used, and how privacy-related deletion or access requests are handled.

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app operator disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business interruption arising from use of the app.

The operator may suspend or limit access to the app where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address abuse, or respond to Shopify platform restrictions. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store.

These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect product, operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Continued use of the app after updated terms are made available constitutes acceptance of those updated terms.
